A JB’s Les Schwab customer for life

Last week: I ran up against the curb while parallel parking downtown and scrubbed my nearly-new set of tires. The hissing left no doubt of the damage. Called Les Schwab from the curb to order a replacement (special order tires) and Jeff asks if I want someone to meet me to put on my spare.

What? Yes, please!

Brandon’s there in five and changes it while I hold the umbrella over his head (sudden downpour).

Today: Tire’s in!

Pull in after their lunch break and 15 minutes later I’m handed the key.

Credit card in hand, he tells me it’s no charge – under warranty.
