7:18 p.m.: Cow Creek and Crossport Roads are closed at the scene.
6:55 p.m.: Crews are responding to a second vehicle accident on Cow Creek just west of the one earlier. A vehicle has gone off the road is now overhanging the dike and unstable. The occupants are unable to get out. Extrication is being called to assist in stabilizing the rig.
