He has been hospitalized from a potentially life threatening condition that’s likely auto immune and is literally causing his body to eat itself. They think it might be a condition called pyoderma gangrenosum or potentially autoimmune vasculitis, but no one knows for sure.
What they do know is that it’s extremely painful — on par with a burn patient.
