Badgers to host first district game.

The end of an era is upon us as the Badgers prepare to don the basketball court, some for the last time, on their homecourt as Bonners Ferry Badgers.

As the last games of their high school careers are on the horizon, Brody Rice, Asher Williams, Thomas Bateman, Ivaan Cartwright and Eli Blackmore have much to look forward to. The thought of one last state tournament and the hope and prayer of another state championship for Bonners Ferry is surely on the forefront of their minds.

Tomorrow night, Monday, February 24th, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. the Varsity Badger Basketball team, coached by Nathan Williams, Jed Bateman, Josh Hawkes and Greg Kissee, will face off against their sole league opponent, the Timberlake Tigers, in the first district game of the 2024/2025 season.

The Badgers hold a stunning record of 20-1 this season with two of those wins being against Timberlake; 73-28 and 78-35.

If the Badgers win, they will be STATE BOUND!
