UPDATE 9:26 p.m. June 29 from Tiffany: Alec will be having a MRI on his head tomorrow to determine the level of injury. The liver laceration is being watched. Bree had surgery to repair her spleen. Both children are still in the hospital but improving day by day.
UPDATE 5:00 a.m. June 29 from Tiffany: “Thank you everyone, as of right now we are all resting and under observation, blessed to have all the prayers. They are both doing okay.
Alec has a broken hand, fracture on the lower part of his skull, laceration on his liver.
Bree has a broken clavicle, laceration on her spleen and can’t walk because she said her leg hurts but nothing showing broken. She can’t walk because blood pressure drops so watching her because of that.
We appreciate all the prayers, please keep them coming, we have a long road to a full recovery.”
UPDATE 9:12 p.m. from a family friend: “Please let the community know that all the prayers are being heard and to continue praying. GOD is hearing them for sure.”
Alec and Bree Maas, children of Kyle and Tiffany Maas, were involved in a car vs. semi accident this afternoon, June 28. Both have been LifeFlighted to Spokane. We will keep you updated as we know more.
