As of 5 p.m. today, the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office has rescinded all “Ready, Set, Go” evacuation status on the Clover Fire and all evacuation zones are back to normal status. The decision was made in collaboration with unified commanders including Idaho Dept of Lands and South Boundary Fire District, and is based upon current fire containment and expected fire behavior.
The fire is now 75-perecent contained and is 30 acres in size. Crews are still working to complete the control line, which they anticipate will achieve 100% containment by 8 p.m.
Fire vehicle traffic is still frequent on Deep Creek Loop between Schoolhouse Road and Highland Flats Road. Please avoid the area.
