Ponderosa Yoga – the new place to be

Lyn Dansereau has a personal passion for whole body strengthening with whole body movements and whole body success. Growing up and into adulthood, she was always involved in athletics; equestrian racing, and rock climbing, to be specific and discovered a love for yoga as a cross-training exercise.

Lyn, her husband and three young children moved to Boundary County in 2021. An archeologist by trade, in 2024, her site operation was shut down and she came to the conclusion that it was time to have her passion and livelihood collide. On July 22, 2025, Lyn Dansereau opened Ponderosa Yoga.

Lyn is excited to meet you. With a variety of dates and times for classes, Ponderosa Yoga is ready for anyone from the working or stay at home mom or dad to the retired or workaholic. She will be starting out with basic and intermediate classes depending on the need.

Prices and Hours:

$20 per one hour session, no appointment necessary, just drop in. You may also choose $75 per month for unlimited classes and $45 each for extra family members.

• Wednesday – 8:30 a.m. and 10 a.m.
• Thursday – 8:30 a.m. and 6 p.m.
• Friday – 8:30 a.m. and 10 a.m.
• Saturday – 8:30 a.m. and 10 a.m.

Ponderosa Yoga is located at 7196 Main Street on the second floor in the old Picturesque building.
