Residents within the City Limits of Bonners Ferry:
The initial ’start-by’ date of October 1st has been moved up! Way up!!! Our shipment of containers was delivered much earlier than anticipated.
If your cart has been delivered, please begin use immediately. We are continuing to deliver carts, as we can, by neighborhood/street. An updated information letter will be placed under each lid at time of delivery.
Please notice where and which direction the cart was placed at time of delivery. This will be where it should be on your service day. If/when your service day changes, we will place a notification on each cart with the new day listed and when it will take place. Please call us with questions! We want you to be informed and understand the changes.
We ask for much grace, patience and understanding as we transition. We are experiencing a VERY high call volume at this time. If you happen to get our voicemail, please leave a message so that we may get back to you. Our office currently has one phone line with call waiting. If you call or have called and we are/were not able to switch over to answer you in time, PLEASE try again!
