We are seeking an Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-10 years of industry experience and knowledge of work-in-process management. We are a very busy collision shop; our work environment is dynamic and fast paced. We pride ourselves on fast cycle times and are looking for a candidate that wants to work and takes pride in completing a job with efficiency and high quality.
We are a family-owned, non-DRP collision shop located in a growing, rural county of Northern Idaho. Quality is the backbone of our reputation, and our employees are the pillars of our success. A new member of our shop should be comfortable working in a team environment, always be open to learning, and be able to leave their ego at the door. We strive to make and maintain relationships with our customers; our techs are always willing to drop what they are doing to change a light bulb for a drop in customer.
