From Bonners Ferry Police
On September 2, Boundary County School District 101 students return to school. The Bonners Ferry Police Department reminds everyone that the speed limit is reduced on Highway 95 between McCall and Cody Streets to 25 miles per hour during school hours.
Lights giving notice of the reduced speed will be flashing and police will be proactive in enforcement.
Motorists should also be aware of increased use of crosswalks on Highway 95; those at Eisenhower, Augusta, Alderson and Madison Streets are equipped with flashing lights and signage, the crossing at Fry Street is not so equipped.

Please remember that under Idaho law, pedestrians in crosswalks always have the right-of-way. Slow down and stay alert!
