
Chef Dirk at the Tavern at the Lodge, is back from Holland after laying his beautiful mama to rest and he is ready to be back in the kitchen for their famous pizza and pasta night on Wednesday, September 3.
The special on Wednesday will be smoked salmon pizza white a white sauce. Thursday’s special will be a Caprase Salad, Chicken Ala King and orange Bavrious.
