Michael ‘Mick’ W. Droptiny

Michael “Mick” W. Droptiny, born June 8, 1941, in Pinconning Michigan, and moved to Idaho in the early 1970s, where he lived until he peacefully passed away on June 29, 2025, at Sunset Home. A celebration of life and potluck will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, October 4, at the Northwoods Tavern and Grill, 461 Deep Creek Loop, Naples.

He is survived by his loving wife, Lorraine Droptiny, and her children; Carla Droptiny, Mark Droptiny and family, adopted son Jason Droptiny, granddaughter Lauren Frey (Droptiny), sisters, Miss Joyce Droptiny, Jean Sylvester and family and Nancy Lauzon and family, brothers, John Droptiny and Tim Droptiny. nephew Rob Nelson and family, and nieces Rhonda and family and Holly and family.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Lillian, father Mike, brother Walt and sister Sally Nelson Droptiny.
