Family Flooring is a family business spanning four decades, established in 1984 when Ed and Bonnie Rude chased their passion and created an industry-leading flooring store that went above and beyond for their customers and outfitted homes and office spaces with premier floors.
The Rudes always followed the job through to the very end; from the first meeting to closing out the job, you could count on their expertise, professionalism and quality tradesmanship.
These qualities have transferred seamlessly to the next generation. Chuck, Ed and Bonnie’s son, and his wife Cindi, who have been the proud owners and operators of Family Flooring since 2005.
With the same passion that his dad had, Chuck takes each job as though it’s his only job and follows it through from start to finish with that same expertise, professionalism and quality craftsmanship as his father before him.
Cindi runs the office and tends tyo much of the behind-the-scenes workings. She answers phones and schedules jobs. She does the billing and is the face of Family Flooring. Even after just one visit, you walk away feeling like you have a new friend.
