Meet the team:

Kirsten Madden

Kirsten Madden, broker and owner, purchased Century 21 Four Seasons Realty from Mike Peterson in 2018. With her extensive depth of knowledge, Kirsten leads the team well. She began her career in the real estate industry in 1998 at the Boundary County Courthouse in the Assessor’s Office and later transferred to the Recorder’s Office, then moved to First American Title in 2000 as an escrow officer. She obtained her real estate license in 2008 and her brokerage license in 2010, building years of experience before ultimately purchasing Century 21 Four Seasons Realty in 2018. Kirsten enjoys high mountain drives and kayaking with her husband and being involved in and giving back to the community she loves so much.

Jim Greenslitt

Jim Greenslitt is entering his 23rd year in real estate. Jim has a love and a passion for people, and it shows in each and every interaction and transaction.

Jim and his beautiful wife, Marsha have been married for 53 years and have three children and three grandchildren. In addition to real estate, in 1983, Jim graduated from Moody Bible Institute and became a pastor. He has also owned a roofing business in Bonners Ferry, driven truck and served in the United States Coast Guard.

“You’ve gotta get along in a round building,” Jim says, “because there’s no place to hide!”

Darci Price

Darci Price, Associate Broker and REALTOR®, has spent her entire career dedicated to exceptional customer service—because for her, clients always come first. Deeply rooted in the community she serves, Darci has spent the past decade in real estate, where she has truly found her professional home.
A self-described education nerd, Darci brings a problem-solving mindset to every transaction. She has a talent for tracking down solutions to nearly any challenge a client may face—whether it’s coordinating services like septic pumping, home inspections & repairs, or navigating more complex issues such as easements, water rights, estate liens, or deed complications. Whatever arises, Darci is on the case, ensuring her clients feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.

Adriana Rice

Adriana Rice, originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, became a United States citizen in 2007 shortly after moving to Idaho in 2006. She has been married to her wonderful husband for 24 years and they have four children.

Together with her family they served as missionaries in Brazil in 3 different cities. She worked in the Department of Commerce of the U.S. Consulate in Rio de Janeiro and holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a graduate degree in E-Business and E-Commerce. “Homeschooling also prepared me to be a real estate agent.” Adriana says, “I want to serve, not sell.” When she is not serving her clients, Adriana enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her husband and four kids.

Joanna Rice

Joanna has worked for C21 for five years and received her real estate license in 2022. She is in charge of marketing, social media and graphic design for Century 21 Four Seasons Realty, and for keeping the round office running smoothly.

She started young. When she was 16 years old, Joanna was hired to work in the office and before long, she had moved up the ladder to office manager and shortly after received her real estate license.

Joanna loves to spend time with her family and being in the outdoors, hiking, kayaking and snowboarding.
