  1. I’m curious as why someone would be willing to submit to this situation, when it could very well put someone on a hit list for the city to come after them for a business license. After being a victim myself. In a way, it’s not a bad idea, but I’ve lived here long enough to witness the “good ol boy” under belly that exists. $40 a year is indeed cheep. Imagine the costs if perhaps I’m right.
