Froyo Mama collaborates with Chapa Chicken – Now Serving Paninis

Froyo Mama, your favorite neighborhood spot known for refreshing frozen yogurt and creative flavors, is expanding its menu in a delicious new direction.

The owners of both Froyo Mama and Chapa Chicken have combined forces to create a decadent culinary combination of the sweet and creamy froyo of Froyo Mama with the decadent sourdough deliciousness of Chapa Chicken.

When asked how this brilliant plan came to fruition, Froyo Mama owner, Missy McReynolds said, “My bookkeeper, Kristina Sumpter, had brought it up actually…I thought it was a fantastic idea to buy local and support another small business and when I broached the idea with Jenna at Chapa Chicken and got to chatting, she was just so sweet and down-to-earth that I immediately felt that it was the right decision!”

Starting this week, Froyo Mama will be serving artisan paninis made with Chapa Chicken Ranch’s locally-baked sourdough bread — a collaboration that brings together two beloved local businesses.

The new panini lineup features hearty, handcrafted sandwiches that pair perfectly with Froyo Mama’s welcoming atmosphere. Each panini is pressed to golden perfection on Chapa’s signature sourdough — a bread celebrated for its tangy flavor, chewy texture, and rustic quality.

Whether you’re stopping by for a satisfying lunch or a midday snack, these paninis offer a flavorful option alongside Froyo Mama’s classic sweet treats.

Turkey, Pepperjack, Jalapeños and Bacon — served on jalapeño cheddar sourdough and topped with a tangy jalapeño ranch
Ham and Sharp Cheddar — a satisfying staple with ham, bacon, sharp cheddar, and Dijon served on Garlic Rosemary sourdough
Chicken Caprese — fresh mozzarella, basil pesto chicken, juicy tomato, with a drizzle of our balsamic vinegar glaze
