The National Weather Service, Spokane, has issued a winter weather watch from Tuesday morning through Wednesday morning for copious amounts of snow across North Idaho.
Predictions call for accumulations of one to five inches in the valleys and eight to 15 inches falling above 3,000 feet.
Travel could be very difficult to impossible especially above 3000 feet, with dangerous travel conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning commutes
