After a long day yesterday to and from Lewiston, the Badgers loaded up their trusty steed before sunrise this morning and hit the road to Kalispell, Montana to take on the Stillwater Cougars.
The boys C team fought hard but took the loss. The boys JV team narrowly took the win after a 17-point deficit in the third quarter winning 52-51. Dallin Baisden was high scorer for the Badgers with 18.
Varsity girls tore it up winning 56-32 against the Cougars. Taren Bateman, high scorer for the Badgers put up 18 points followed by Eva Willis with 11.
The Varsity boys fell to the Cougars 80-58. “It was a tough game. The guys played hard,” head coach Greg Kissee said about today’s game. “We have some things to work on, but we’re looking forward to playing in front of a home crowd on Tuesday against Lakeside!”
Peyton Hinthorn as lead scorer put up 24 points for the Badgers followed by Sulay Abubakari with 16 and Ty Schrock with 11.
