There’s a new podcast in town!
Do you feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders? Do you feel like hope is gone? Well, you’re not alone. Foundations School has been hard at work putting together this piece of hope and is pleased to bring you, Porch Light for the Prodigal.
Charli Turner is thrilled to finally be able to share the heart behind Porch Light for the Prodigal and bring you a little glimmer of light to hold on to.
You can listen to the latest episode of Porch Light for the Prodigal at Foundations School – Facebook.
Porch Light for the Prodigal was born out of a deep desire to bring hope, healing, and homecoming to families and individuals walking through hard seasons.
It’s a space where real stories, biblical truth, and practical wisdom come together to remind people that God is still writing redemptive stories — even when things feel dark or uncertain.
Porch Light for the Prodigal exists to:
• Shine a light for the wandering and the weary. Whether someone is the prodigal or loves one, the goal is to offer encouragement, perspective, and the reminder that no one is too far gone for God to reach.
• Strengthen families and communities Every episode is crafted to build up parents, students, and believers who want to break cycles, build legacy, and walk out their faith with courage.
• Support the mission of Foundations School The podcast is an extension of the school’s heart: equipping the next generation with faith, purpose, and practical skills. It’s another way to serve families, share testimonies, and invite people into what God is doing.
• Create a place of belonging Listeners are invited into honest conversations about prayer, perseverance, identity, and God’s faithfulness — the kinds of conversations that help people feel seen, understood, and not alone.
What the Podcast Is All About:
• Real stories of redemption and restoration
• Faith-filled conversations that meet people in real life moments
• Practical encouragement for parents, students, and believers
• Biblical teaching that’s accessible, warm, and grounded
• Testimonies from the Foundations School community and beyond
• A call to keep the porch light on — to stay hopeful, prayerful, and ready for God to move.
