Roadrunners 4-H Club makes valentines for Restorium residents

On February 2, 2026, the Roadrunners 4-H Club had their first meeting of the year.

The Roadrunners are one of five 4-H Clubs here in B0undary County. The Catacootas, Groom n’ Cleaners, Kooteneers, and Trailblazer together with the Roadrunners make up the clubs of 4-H in Boundary County.

The Roadrunners club elects officers who teach the kids how to run a business meeting and focus on working as a team as well as lead them in activities such as community service.

After the business meeting concluded last Monday, the Roadrunners participated in a community service making Valentine cards for the residents at the Restorium.

Thirty-two members of the Roadrunners club took part in making cards, turning in close to fifty beautiful Valentine cards, which are certain to make someone’s day!

The cards were dropped off to the Restorium for the residents by club officers Mary and Sara Hegge on February 5, 2026.
