Did you know that there is a group in Boundary County called Boundary County Clean-Up Project? This Boundary County Cleanup Project | Facebook page is a hub for volunteers to get in touch to find out needs as well as reporting locations in need of clean-up.
According to the Boundary County Clean-Up Project Facebook page, “Now that the snow is melting and the days are getting longer it’s time to start cleaning up.
Please share areas in the community that need cleared of trash. Weather it is camp spots, side streets or riverbanks.
Volunteers are always welcome. This isn’t a task that can be completed by one person in one day. Help work together to keep our community clean and safe. Let us keep trash out of the waterways and out of the mouths of wildlife.
We all need to do our part, no matter how small.”
If you have any questions, please send them a private message on their Facebook Messenger.

Arlo,
We met yesterday at the Copeland bridge for cleanup of the boat launch park.
I want to keep in touch for upcoming Cleanup events in the county but I don’t use Facebook.
I don’t wish to publish my phone number/email so the best way to contact me is at the Senior Center where I often have lunch.
