As the underdogs of the 4A Intermountain League in 2026, the Badgers made their way through game after game and found themselves for the fourth year in a row at the state tournament and the third year in a row at the 4A Idaho State High School championship game.

After a hard-fought weekend, the Badgers returned to Bonners Ferry with the second-place trophy and the respect of fans, teams and players across the state of Idaho.
