I’m Duchess. A cultured grand dame with exceptional manners, I am a true lady. I deserve a pedigree (if only “mixed” qualified). I’m calm and reserved, except when I’m left alone (at least here at the shelter). I find some dogs tolerable. Others, however, are so totally beneath me that I simply cannot be in the same room with them. And cats? Well, everyone knows they belong on a separate planet — far, far away from me.
