The annual Rotary Egg Hunt hopped along without a hitch last Saturday morning, blessed with sunshine and a full crew of Rotary volunteers — plus a very busy Easter Bunny.
Nearly 350 excited egg hunters dashed across the field in search of thousands of fun filled eggs, big prizes, and of course a photo with the elusive bunny. It was a bright, cheerful morning filled with smiles, squeals, and plenty of springtime fun.
“What a gorgeous sunny morning and what an awesome turnout!” Bonners Ferry Rotary’s president Sandy Johnstone says.
“The Rotary Club’s Annual Easter Egg Hunt was a huge success thanks to the unity in our community.”

The Rotary would like to extend a huge thank you to the following groups and businesses…
- Super One Foods for the free ice cream coupons and donated eggs.
- The VFW for many of the toys for the Easter Egg baskets.
- The 4H Kooteneers for their donated decorated eggs.
- The Restorium Residents for coloring 125 dozen eggs.
- Sarah Fischer for her awesome Face Painting.
- Our Easter Bunny and our Butterfly assistant.
- FireHouse Vines and Hops for the donated coupons and bags for our baskets.
- The Robotics 2031 Team and Sponsors for being there helping with the whole event.
- And last but not least, the Rotary Easter Egg Hunt Committee and Club Members who participated.
On behalf of the Rotary and each and every one who came to partake in the festivities, thank you!
