Since 2024, she has held the position of online content manager, Process Innovation Challenge co-producer, and exhibit manager at LocWorld, where she blends creativity with strategic planning, contributing to the advancement of industry events and digital content.
Concurrent to her role at LocWorld, Ms. Jeffries has served in a support and sales capacity at ZSoft Technologies Inc. since 2025, leveraging her expertise to enhance client relations and operational efficiency. From 2021 to 2024, she was a web specialist and provided marketing and operations support at ZSoft Technologies. In this position, she played a pivotal part in optimizing web presence and streamlining marketing initiatives, further developing her skills in digital communication and project management.
Prior to these positions, Ms. Jeffries dedicated a significant portion of her career to youth development, serving as a 4-H program specialist at the University of Idaho from 2011 until 2021. During this period, she helped write three pieces that are in the national 4-H curriculum, one of her most notable accomplishments.
This achievement not only elevated her professional profile but also allowed her to work remotely while traveling, fostering creativity and enabling her to engage with diverse organizations. Previously, she served as a 4-H program coordinator at the university’s Boundary County extension between 2004 and 2011, during which time she contributed to the growth and success of local youth programs.
Ms. Jeffries’s earlier professional experience includes serving as the vice president of marketing at Fleet Graphics Inc. from 2003 to 2004, where she managed marketing strategies and client communications. From 2000 until 2003, she worked in inside sales and as a sales coordinator for Waste Management, honing her skills in customer service and sales operations.
Instrumental in shaping Ms. Jeffries’s approach to leadership, curriculum development and organizational effectiveness was her academic background. She earned a Bachelor of Science in secondary education from the University of Idaho in 1999, followed by a Master of Science in adult and organizational learning and leadership from the same institution in 2014. She also holds a certificate in human resource development from the University of Idaho, which she obtained in 2014.
Reflecting on her journey, Ms. Jeffries credits her success to being open minded and receptive to learning new things. Her willingness to adapt to new tools and methodologies has enabled her to remain effective across various roles and industries.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Ms. Jeffries has served as a contributor for Idaho 4-H.
