Two Tones Cafe in Bonners Ferry to close

With a heavy heart and mixed emotions, owner Tony Fleck announced that as of December 30, he will be closing Two Tones Cafe in Bonners Ferry. In the meantime, he hopes you visit and take advantage of our remaining time.

"After the new year, we encourage you to visit us in Priest River where you can still savor our unique flavors," he wrote. "Please continue to follow us on Facebook and other social media to stay informed about our exciting developments including a new location in Bonners Ferry! We are hopeful to reopen in the future in a more accommodating and accessible location to serve the Two Tones experience to our friends and family once again. We will miss you all until then and promise to make the wait worth it!"

There were several factors involved in this difficult decision, he said, the main being this season's road construction and the removal of their primary parking lot.

"We’ve known this has been coming for years, but underestimated the impact on parking and our ability to sustain business," Tony wrote. "During these next couple of months, our dedicated and amazing restaurant family will be hard at work, ensuring that we continue to deliver the great flavors you’ve grown to expect. We're committed to preserving the essence of Two Tones while embracing future opportunities."

Gift cards will be good at in Bonners Ferry until they close and at Two Tones at the Ranch in Priest River after they close. They will no longer be selling gift cards in Bonners Ferry.

"Our loyal guests and supporters have been an appreciative part of our journey, and we can't wait to welcome you back in a new location. We would like to extend special thanks to Dave and Connie for partnering with us over the years and maintaining the beautiful landscaping in the secret garden patio. Thank you all for being part of our family, we are looking forward to serving you in the weeks to come and as soon as we can.
