Bertling offering concrete plans, not excuses |
||
October 17, 2022
Why is Tim Bertling running as a write-in candidate for county commissioner? Politics in north Idaho has changed. That change caught many people by surprise. The live and let live attitude has been taken over by in-your-face anger and fear. Tim knows what made Boundary County a place people want to live and raise a family, and he wants to do his part to keep it that way. Running as a write-in candidate is allowed by law and is his right as a citizen. Tim is ready to take what he has learned over his first two year term and build on that. His opponent, Steve Fioravanti, has seemingly already devised an excuse for not getting his proposals accomplished, stating “I would just be one vote, our other two commissioners, they’re local gentlemen that have been grown and raised here so if they don’t agree with me then my vote will be negated.” Tim is not offering excuses. Tim has listened to the residents of Boundary County and has a list of issues he wants to tackle. They are defined issues that are within the scope of the county commissioner office. They are issues that affect the everyday lives of people living in this county. We support Tim Bertling because we believe his experience and knowledge of the county and of the commissioner office will be a benefit during this time of rapid growth and change. |
