Brady L. Falck, Bonners Ferry, born 2004, charged with DUI under age 21 August 31 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to careless driving, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended, $142.50 fine, $157.50 costs and one year probation.

Robert G. Gorino, Bonners Ferry, born 1967, charged with excessive DUI August 8 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 days in jail, 56 days suspended, credit for one day served, 90 day drivers license suspension, $547.50 fine, $202.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Cory A. Reeves, Kalispell, born 1978, charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana August 11 by the Boundary county sheriff's office, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $102.50 fine, $200.50 court costs and one year probation.
