Tamara Hirschler, Libby, born 1982, charged with reckless driving July 31 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $342.50 fine, $157.50 costs and 364 days probation, judgment withheld. Charged with possession of paraphernalia, found guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended and credit for two days served, $102.50 fine, $197.50 costs and 364 days probation, judgment withheld.

Jacob Ryan Hooper, Bonners Ferry, born 1978, charged with DUI June 27 by the Boundary County Sheriff's Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 dys in jail, 28 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $297.50 fine, $202.50 costs and 364 days probation. Charged with possession of paraphernalia, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $102.50 fine, $197.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Sims D. McDonald, Sandpoint, born 2001, charged with possession of paraphernalia September 30 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $102.50 fine, $197.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Salvador A. Rodriguez, Troy, born 1998, charged by the Bonners Ferry Police Department July 14 with failure to provide proof of insurance, second offence, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended, $142.50 fine, $157.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Christian John Zastavny, Libby, born 1996, charged with possession of paraphernalia September 22 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $102.50 fine, $197.50 costs and 364 days probation.
