Winter weather advisory for northwest Montana

The National Weather Service, Missoula, has issued a winter weather advisory for the Kootenai/Cabinet and West Glacier regions and the Flathead/Mission Valleys, in effect from 11 p.m. today to 10 a.m. Friday.

Wintry precipitation of up to an inch of snow accompanied by a light glaze of ice is expected to make driving hazardous.
