Haven G. Burton, Sandpoint, born 1979, charged with possession of paraphernalia October 7 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $102.50 fine, $197.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Rebecca C. Chaffins, Bonners Ferry, born 1973, charged with DUI October 26 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jasil, 28 days suspended, credited with two days served, 90 day drivers license suspension, $297.50 fine, $202.50 costs and 364 days probation.

James A. Dahlberg, Bonners Ferry, born 1951, charged with wasteful destruction of wildlife October 13 by Idaho Fish & Game, pled guilty and fined $35 and $165 costs.

Gunnar D. Tompkins, Bonners Ferry, born 1996, charged with failure to give immediate notice of an accident June 27 by the Boundary County Sheriff's Office, amended to inattentive driving, found guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $142.50 fine, $157.50 costs and 364 days probation.
