Snow expected tonight over North Idaho

The National Weather Service, Spokane, has issued a winter weather advisory for North Idaho and northeast Washington calling for a mixed bag of precipitation from 1 a.m. to noon Thursday.

A weather system is expected to bring light freezing rain to eastern Washington beginning tonight, turning to snow as the system reaches Idaho.
