Joel A. Brush, Moyie Springs, born 1977, charged with DUI January 6 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $297.50 fine, $204.50 cost and 364 days probation.

William David Delong, Sandpoint, born 1973, charged with DUI March 11 by Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served, 90 day drivers license suspension, $297.50 fine, $202.50 costs and 364 days probation.

David L. Dillard, Puyallup, born 1956, charged with trespassing and failure to depart December 23 by Idaho Fish & Game, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $142.50 fine, $160.50 costs and one year probation.

Mark Johnson, Sandpoint, born 1959, charged with turning left and failing to yield right of way, an infraction, November 26 by the Idaho State Police, amended to careless driving, a misdemeanor, found guilty and sentenced to 15 days in jail, suspended,$142.50 fine, $160.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Dolf K. Lonborg, Bonners Ferry, born 1958, charged with dispensing alcohol to a minor March 17 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $112.50 and $190.50 costs.

Kristina Ellen Owens, Whitefish, born 1999, charged with DUI January 30 by the Idaho State Police, found guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $297.50 fine, $205.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Danielle Suzanne Rinehart, Sandpoint, born 1987, charged with violation of a protective order December 15 by the Boundary County Sheriff's Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $2.50 fine, $197.50 costs and 364 days supervised probation. Charged with domestic battery, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 60 days suspended, $312.50 fine, $187.50 costs and 364 days supervised probation. Charged with violation of a protection order December 22, charging agency not listed, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $2.50 fine, $197.50 costs and 364 days supervised probation.

Raemund Matthew Stindt, Bonners Ferry, born 2001, charged with fishing without a license January 22 by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and fined $26 and $165 costs.

Judy Weible, Bonners Ferry, born 1956, charged with dispensing alcohol to a minor March 17 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $12.50 and $187.50 costs.
