Erik D. Nielson, Moyie Springs, born 1985, charged with DUI April 9 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $297.50 fine, $202.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Singh Prabhjeet, home of record not available, born 1995, charged with false logbook at the port of entry February 9, found guilty and fined $43.50 and $157.50 costs.

Charged with driving without privileges, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 157 days suspended, credit for 23 days served, $77.50 fine, $172.50 costs and 364 days supervised probation.
