City pool opening Saturday

The Bonners Ferry Municipal Pool, located at the intersection of Washington and Helena Streets, is open to the public for free this summer, and the fun begins with pool opening this Saturday, June 11! City officials are hopeful that all who live and enjoy our community will come to the pool for a summer of fun!

Swimming lessons are again offered for all ages and abilities. Swimming lessons are offered for $40 for city residents and $50 for non-city residents. You can register for swim lessons at Bonners Ferry City Hall,

Here is this year's schedule:

  • Monday through Friday
    8 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. - Lap Swim
    9 a.m. to 12:25 p.m. - Swim Lessons
    12:30 to 1:30 p.m. - Lap Swim
    1:30 to 5:00 p.m. - Open Swim
    5:15 to 6:30 p.m. - Family Swim

7 to 8 p.m. is reserved for private events

  • Saturday and Sunday
    12:30 to 1:30 p.m. - Lap Swim
    1:30 to 5 p.m. - Open Swim
    5:15 to 6:30 p.m. - Family Swim

The city pool is available for private party rentals outside regular pool hours Monday through Saturday. Please call (208) 267-3105 to schedule.
