Joseph Black, Post Falls, born 1983, charged with failure to secure load June 29 at the port of entry, found guilty and fined $43.50 and $160.50 costs.

Joel Butler, Moyie Springs, born 2003, charged with possession of paraphernalia May 1 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to two days in jail, $102.50 fine, $197.50 costs and 364 days probation, judgment withheld.

Gordon V. Carr, Libby, born 1959, charged with possession of paraphernalia April 30 to two days in jail, $102.50 fine, $197.50 costs and 364 days probation, judgment withheld.

Luke John Dischiavi, Poland, born 1989, charged with possession of paraphernalia May 28 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $302.50, $200.50 costs and 364 days probation, judgment withheld.

Cody Jack Casper, Rathdrum, born 1993, charged with DUI May 6 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $297.50 fine, $202.50 costs and 364 days probation. Charged with possession of paraphernalia, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $2.50 fine, $197.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Karen Lathim, Sumner, state not given, born 1959, charged with possession of a controlled substance June 23 by the Boundary County Sheriff's Office, amended to possession of paraphernalia, pled guilty and fined $302.50, $197.50 costs and 364 days probation, judgment withheld.

Kirsten N. May, Bonners Ferry, born 1991, charged with DUI June 1 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, credit for one day served, 90 day drivers license suspension, $297.50 fine, $202.50 costs and 364 days probation, judgment withheld. Charged with possession of paraphernalia, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $2.50 fine, $197.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Timothy Owen Mullen, Sandpoint, born 1949, charged with DUI April 26 by the Boundary County Sheriff's Office, found guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, i28 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $297.50 fine, $202.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Jason E. Norley, Bonners Ferry, born 1973, charged with DUI May 16 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 daysin jail, 26 days suspended, credrit for four days served, 90 day drivers license suspension, $297.50 fine, $202.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Novinger, Bonners Ferry, born 1955, charged with DUI, second offense, May 31 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 26 days suspended, credit for two days, 90 day drivers license suspension, $297.50 fine, $202.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Andrew W. Russell, Moyie Springs, born 1982, charged with possession of paraphernalia March 25 by the Boundary County Sheriff's Office, pled guilty and fined $102.50, $197.50 costs and 364 days probation, judgment withheld.
