Daryl Alan Garis Sr., Naples, born 1961, charged with driving without privileges March 12 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 days in jail, 51 suspended, credit for nine days served, $327.50 fine, $172.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Christi L. Smith, Libby, born 1975, charged with possession of paraphernalia July 6 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended$102.50 fine, $200.50 costs and one year probation.
