Bradley Michael Gagnon, Priest River, born 1979, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance January 5 by the Boundary County Sheriff's Office, pled guilty and sentenced to one year in prison, determinate, two years indeterminate, credit for 25 days served, prison suspended, $300 fine, $442.50 costs and two years felony probation.

Vince V. Hampton, Bonners Ferry, born 1995, charged with misdemeanor malicious injury to property, Ju ne 21, charging agency not listed, pled guilty and sentenced to 19 days in jail with credit for 19 days served, $1,311.58 costs and two years probation.

Jeff Andrew Lysiak, Moyie Springs, born 1988, charged with driving without privileges June 26 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 days in jail, 58 days suspended, $127.50 fine, $172.50 costs and 364 days probation. Charged with failure to provide proof of insurance, second or subsequent offense, pled guilty and fined $142.50 and $157.50 costs.

Michael F. Mock, Bonners Ferry, year of birth not listed, charged with misdemeanor commercial burglary September 3 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $150 fine, $54.85 suspended, $157.50 costs and one year probation. Charged with petit theft, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $150 fine, $95.15 suspended, $197.81 costs and 364 days probation.

Jesse J. Preston, Bonners Ferry, born 1981, charged with DUI July 23 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 80 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $547.50 fine, $202.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Michael John West, Spokane, born 1984, charged with DUI June 24 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to reckless driving, pled guilty and fined $142.50, $160.50 costs and 364 days probation, judgment withheld.
