Skyler D. Brown, Kalispell, born 1984, charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance August 30 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sententenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $300 fine, $97 costs and one year probation.

Jonathan C. Caasper, Nampa, born 1986, charged with misdemeanor injury to a child May 24 , charging agency not listed, pled guilty and sentenced to two days in jail, $342.50 fine, $157.50 costs, judgment withheld, one year probation.

Susan L. Feise, Bonners Ferry, born 1970, charged with DUI, second offense, July 18 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to reckless driving, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $342.50 fine, $160.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Joel D . Majeski, Bonners Ferrey, born 1963, charged with operating commercial vehicle without valid license October 19 at the port of entry, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, suspended, $242.50 fine, $157.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Eric Rene O'Connor, Sandpoint, born 1977, charged with possesesiion of paraphernalia June 22, 2021, by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 57 days in jail with credit for 57 days served.

Michael Albert Shuman, Bonners Ferry, born 1958, charged with driving without privileges September 8, charging agency not listed, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jiail, $327.50 fine and $172.50 costs. Charged with open container, pled guilty and fined $100.

Isabella M. Summerfield, Bonners Ferry, born 2006, charged with DUI under age 21 September 23 by the Idaho State Police, amended to DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $197.50 fine, $202.50 fine, judgment withheld, one year supervised probation.

Darren M. White, Moyie Springs, born 1968, charged with disturbing the peace October 25, charging agency not listed, pled guilty and fined $142.50 and $157.50 costs.
