Local Realtor facing petit theft charges |

According to court documents, Testa took a bottle of Martin Ray Cabernet Wine valued at $20.39, a container of Oikos yogurt valued at $1.86, a container of Yami yogurt valued at $2.98, a stick of Dove deodorant valued at $4.98, a bottle of lotion valued at $8.78, and a bottle of dish soap valued at $3.99 from Super 1 Foods October 24 without paying. On October 31, he allegedly took a container of Tillamook ice cream valued at $6.93, a container of Zoi yogurt valued at $1.23, a container of mushrooms valued at $8.94, a package of Realgood Chicken Nuggets valued at $8.48, a box of cookies valued at $7.14 and a blue Super One hand basket valued at $27. The next day, November 1, he allegedly returned to Super 1 Foods and took a container of Stella cheese valued at $4.99 and an eight piece deli chicken meal valued at $7.98, and on November 7, again at Super 1 Foods, he took a fountain drink valued at $0.69 and a Deli lunch pack meal valued at $4.99. The charges were filed November 21. A jury trial has been set for 9 a.m. Tuesday, January 17. |
