William L. Johnston, Spokane, born 1978, charged with burglary August 11, charging agency not named, amended to unlawful entry, a misdemeanor, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail, $15,160.50 costs and two years probation, judgment withheld. Charged with possession of stolen property, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 says in jail, judgment withheld, and two years probation. Charged with petit theft, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 says in jail, judgment withheld, and two years probation.
Judge Justin Julian

Thomas Clinton Harris, Athol, born 1989, charged with exceeding allowable gross load December 7 at the port of entry, found guilty and fined $242 and $157.50 costs.

Allen Hunter Rose, Moyie Springs, born 1949, charged with shooting across a public highway December 2 by Idaho Fish & Game, pled guilty and fined $35 and $165 costs.

Benjamin J. Turner, Moyie Springs, born 1987, charged with excessive DUI August 2 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to DUI, pled guilty and sentenced to 60 days in jail, 55 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $547.50 fine, $202.50 costs and 364 days probation.
