Hannah M. Garcia, Moyie Springs, born 2003, charged with possession of paraphernalia December 12 by the Boundary County Sheriff's Office, pled guilty and fined $102.50 and $197.50 cost, judgment withheld, and 364 days probation.

Brandon Kristopher Gomez, Spokane, born 1998, charged with DUI November 27 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served, 90 day drivers license suspension, $297.50 fine, $202.50 costs, judgment withheld, and 364 days probation.

Eric Neil Sandaker, Bonners Ferry, born 1999, charged with DUI November 5, 2020, by the Boundary County Sheriff's Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $297.50 fine, $205.50 costs, judgment withheld, and 364 days probation.

Sam Charles Testa Jr., Bonners Ferry, born 1953, charged with petit theft November 21 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to disturbing the peace, pled guilty and fined $42.50 and $278.85 costs, judgment withheld, and 364 days probation.
