Man charged with petit theft enters plea agreement |

Under the agreement, two counts of petit theft were dismissed and he agreed to plead guilty to two counts of disturbing the peace. On Thursday, January 12, Judge Justin Julian accepted the agreement and imposed the sentence recommended by prosecutor Andrakay Pluid; 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, with 16 hours on the Sheriff's Inmate Labor Program in lieu of jail, a $42.50 fine and $157.50 costs per count, $121.35 restitution to Super 1 and 364 days probation.
