Duane Lee Lockwood, Moyie Springs, born 1965, charged April 16, 2021, with failure to register as a sex offender, a felony, charging agency not listed, pled guilty and sentenced to one year in prison, determinate, one year indeterminate, credited with 186 days served, penitentiary suspended, $345.50 costs and two years felony probation.

Charged with felony DUI, second or subsequent offense, October 17, by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to two years in prison, determinate, three years indeterminate, prison suspended, 60 days in jail with credit for 18 days served, two year drivers license suspension, $250 fine, $390.50 costs and three years felony probation.
