Crystal Renee Giles, Naples, born 1991, charged with possession of marijuana September 14 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to possession of paraphernalia, pled guilty and sentenced to 43 days in jail with credit for 43 days served.

Kristene A. McCalmant, Bonners Ferry, born 1978, charged with dispensing alcohol to a minor December 18 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $12.50 and $187.50 costs.

Shauna M. Raynor, Moyie Springs, born 1973, charged with dispensing alcohol to a minor December 18 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $12.50 and $187.50 costs.

Ronald Lloyd Sanderson, home town not available, born 1958, charged with failure to stop at checking station November 9 at the port of entry, found guilty and fined $142.50 and $160.50 costs.

Jason Phoenix Woung, Bonners Ferry, born 1991, charged with possession of paraphernalia December 14 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $102.50 fine, $197.50 costs and 364 days probation. Charged with driving without privileges, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $127.50 fine, $172.50 costs and 364 days probation.
