Lukes Allen Marble, Naples, born 1979, charged with driving without privileges February 25 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 10 days in jail. Charged with operating a vehicle without liability insurance, pled guilty and sentenced to four days in jail.

Eda Jean Reiley, Bonners Ferry, born 1959, charged with possession of paraphernalia by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $102.50 fine, $197.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Alan Sumpter, Moyie Springs, born 1984, charged with unlawful use of game parts for trapping bait January 23 by Idaho Fish and Game, pled guilty and fined $85 and $165 costs.
