Simon B.J. Beggarly, Bonners Ferry, born 1983, charged with possession of marijuana September 22 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $2.50 fine, $199.50 costs and 364 days probation. Charged with possession of paraphernalia, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $2.50 fine, $197.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Jesse Robert Gondek, Bonners Ferry, born 1991, charged with trespass August 3 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 155 days suspended, credit for 25 days served, and two years supervised probation. Charged with resisting officers September 3 by the Boundary County Sheriff's Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 117 days suspended, credit for 63 days served, and two years supervised probation.
