County P&Z to consider charter school, mini-storage |

The Boundary County Planning and Zoning Commission will meet in the county annex at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, November 30, and hold public hearing on conditional use permit applications by Boulder Creek Idaho Property LLC to establish a charter school on Cow Creek Road where Boulder Creek Academy once was and by Universal Storage LLC to build a 50-unit mini storage facility on property at 72 Tonka Way off Highway Two near the airport. Boulder Creek Idaho Property LLC is seeking to establish North Idaho Classical Academy on about 119 acres zoned ag/forestry for up to 390 students and 60 staff, with residential housing for staff, camping and RV spaces and facilities for classrooms, recreation, training and events. Universal Storage LLC is seeking to build eight 6,900 square foot structures with a total of 50 mini storage units on 4.95 acres zoned commercial/light industrial.
