Boundary County in state top ten for median home price

This Blaine County home lists at $19,995,000.
Based on the most current statistics from Realtor.com, Boundary County ranks as the tenth highest of the 44 counties in the state for median home prices, with a median home price of $599,250. The largest house for sale in the county is a five bedroom, four bath built in 1995 and 6,000 square feet in size, sitting on 60 acres and priced at $1,320,000. Three of the counties ranked in the top 10 are in North Idaho.

And it's not the most expensive. That one is a 2,300-square-foot, three bedroom home on four and a half acres on Winesap Road that has among other amenities a guest home, a 60-unit mini-storage, 17 covered RV spaces and a brew pub. That property lists for $2,800,000.

Other counties in Idaho with higher median home prices are Boise County, $599,900, Owyhee County, $644,000, Lemhi County, $650,000, Fremont County, $650,000, Kootenai County, $688,150, Bonner County, $749,000, Valley County, $844,250, Teton County, $975,00, and Blaine County, where the median home price is $1,650,000 and the most expensive home for sale is a massive 12,354 square feet in size with seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms priced at $19,995,000.
