Lawrence Joseph Brewer |

July 1, 2022
When he was 19, Larry moved to Bonners Ferry, where he met and later married Debra Hitch, and had four wonderful children. He was a hard working man who went on to make a wonderful life for himself and his family. Larry became fast friends with everyone who met him. He had many passions, including snowmobiling, camping and archery, which lead him to be dubbed “The Godfather” by all those who knew him. He enjoyed his down time with those who also shared his passions. However, nothing could compare to the love he had for his children. Larry was destined to be a father and proved that every day in the eyes of his kids. He was the foundation of his family. Larry was not a prideful man. He enjoyed the simple things in life. He was your go-to-guy who could fix anything and everything and had many talents that included an amazing knack for woodworking. His greatest success, however, was raising his four children and watching them grow into adults and become great parents themselves. And Larry loved his grandkids beyond words. As much as Larry was destined to be a father, he was even more so destined to be a papa. Lawrence Joseph Brewer is survived by his children; Joshua, Ashley, Amanda (Dan), and Joey, grandchildren Kaine and Oakley, best friends Alan, Andy and son Peyton, his mother Karen, sisters Dyan (Cody), Jennifer (Rodney) and Lori, as well as many more family members and countless friends. He is preceded in death by his father, Russell. |
